What you buy

A purchase gives one household personal access to the private digital content for the age stage selected at checkout. Each of the six paid stages can be bought separately.

• Six practical, age-specific learning modules.
• A 7-day application plan and family scripts.
• Educational guidance through Alma within its stated limits.
• A 20-question final learning check.
• A private, verifiable completion card after passing the final check.
• Optional stage-community invitations or future talks only when available and separately consented to.

The purchase is not a subscription. Access codes may not be resold, published or shared outside the purchasing household.

Price and payment

Each English stage is currently $24.90 USD as a one-time payment. The binding price and currency are those shown on the checkout and PayPal confirmation at the time of purchase. PayPal processes the payment; Carnet de Padres does not receive or store full card or bank details.

Digital delivery

After PayPal confirms a completed payment, a personal access code is sent to the payer email. Check spam or promotions if it does not arrive. For delivery problems, contact support with the payer email and PayPal transaction reference—never send a password, full card number or authentication code.

Delivery depends on receiving a valid completed-payment confirmation. Pending, reversed, incomplete or mismatched payments do not automatically create access.

Final test and completion card

The card is not issued merely because someone pays. The participant must study the stage and score at least 16/20 on the final learning check. The resulting card is a private, symbolic and verifiable record within Carnet de Padres. It is not an official qualification, licence, professional credential, academic award or clinical record.

Cancellations, digital content and refunds

Distance purchases may carry mandatory cancellation rights depending on the buyer’s location. Digital-content rules can change those rights when supply starts immediately and the buyer has given any consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. Where mandatory rights apply, they remain unaffected.

Contact info@carnetdepadres.org about duplicate payment, non-delivery caused by our systems, incorrect stage activation or another technical incident. We will review the payment and access records and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Any additional commercial satisfaction guarantee applies only when the checkout expressly states it at the time of purchase.

Responsible educational scope

Carnet de Padres is private family education for adults. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, educational, therapeutic, safeguarding, emergency or legal services. Content does not guarantee a particular family, health, behavioural or academic result.

If a child, young person or adult may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency or safeguarding service appropriate to your location.

Availability, changes and support

We may correct errors, improve content or update technical delivery while preserving active access to the purchased stage. Optional community meetings, expert talks or WhatsApp groups are not guaranteed unless the checkout expressly includes a specific dated service.
